This is a cute Valentine's story, but it lacks something in the rhythm when we read it aloud. I think it's because you'd have to read it too quickly and skip through the illustrations too fast in order to get the narrative's rhyming rhythm. Otherwise, it's a fun little story with adorable illustrations....
